Follow these signs once you get to Pontesbury or Minsterley
THERE WILL BE WORKERS ON THE STAGES/TRAILS PREPARING THEM FOR THE EVENT.
IF YOU ARE RIDING OUTSIDE OF RACE TIMES PLEASE BE AWARE YOU MAY COME ACROSS WORKERS WITH EAR DEFENDERS ON, THEY WILL NOT HEAR YOU
IF YOU HAVE TO STOP, PLEASE GET OFF THE TRAIL INTO A SAFE PLACE.
Parking and camping: In the field, no need to book, just arrive and park up.
There will be portable toilets on site for you to use.
THERE IS NO WATER ON SITE SO BRING WHAT YOU NEED FOR THE WEEKEND!

StrEatery will be providing all your catering needs from Saturday through to Sunday!

– Homemade Porridge (milk & coconut milk option) served until noon
– Breakfast Rolls & Crepes
– Chilli & Rice (meat & vegetarian options) served from midday

– Burgers & Hot Dogs
– Saturday 13:00 until 22:00 tbc
– Sunday 07:00 until 16:30 approx
Stages 1,2,3 & 4e will be marked for Saturday. You are free to ride them but be aware that they are all open to the public. Ride within your limits and respect the Forest code.
Sunday: All 3 stages live timed from 10:30-15:30, you are welcome to ride the stages before this time but you must have your number board on and your transponder fixed to your bike when Live timing has begun. Marshals will be on stage from 10:15-15:45.
Sign on will take place in the sign on tent (Red/white) in the finish field Saturday and Sunday
- Saturday 16:00-17:30
- Sunday from 08:45 onwards
- Racing starts at 10:30 and finishes at 15:30 (stages close at 15:35, all runs must be completed by this time)
The Timing Chip has to be fitted to the right fork leg as low as possible and facing back wards.
You will get a number board for each round this year so you will all get a little memento. Cable ties are provided. (if someone out there can come up with an alternative to cable ties and plastic number boards i’d be most grateful)

You can ride them in order you like! as many times as you like! the loop is about 12km
YOU MUST ONLY DO COMPLETE RUNS OF ANY STAGE, NO SECTIONING!!
On stage signs:
Stage warning sign, start and finish of each stage
Triple arrow down sign means the trail suddenly steepens or becomes more technical, Use caution.
Please follow these signs, information regarding the destination will be on these too.
Caution Cycle Ahead means you are approaching a crossing point of a stage.
